Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

Payment by post

Although our website is secure, many customers are still reluctant to enter their credit card details online. This isn't a problem! On our website you have the added options of being able to enter your order online and then send us a cheque in the post, simply make a note of this in the notes section when you order. (Cheques made out to Daisyboxonline and sent to 19 Park Farm Road, Bromley, Kent, BR1 2PE). When writing a cheque please print your customer number on the reverse. If you do not know your customer number please write clearly your full address. For customers sending a cheque by post, please allow seven working days for the cheque to clear.
Shipping And Handling

Most packages will not fit through the letterbox. Please give us an address where it can be received by someone. We always take great care when packaging your order to ensure its safe arrival. All UK deliveries are sent by Royal Mail or by Courier (depending on weight and value of the order). If unfortunately your goods arrive damaged or are found to be faulty please see 'terms and conditions' below.

UK mainland customers. Shipping charges are according to weight (including packaging), as per current Royal Mail charges. From April 2007, and until further notice, these are as follows:
Up to 1.00 Kg. - £2.95
1.00 to 1.25 Kg. - £4.95
1.25 to 1.50 Kg. - £5.70
1.50 to 1.75 Kg. - £6.45
1.75 to 2.00 Kg - £7.20
Above 2.00 Kg. - £8.00 Note that shipments above 2.00 Kg are dispatched by Courier at no extra charge.

For Europe and rest of the world, Shipping charges are also by weight using Royal Mail Small Packet Airmail service. Please note that thae maximum weight for this service is 2.0 Kg., therefore orders above this weight will be despatched in multiple packets, and charged accordingly. Please also note that all currency is in pounds sterling and will be converted to your local currency by your credit card provider. Customers outside of the UK are responsible for any import and customs duties. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Delivery Schedule

All orders are dealt with within 3-4 working days, although at busy times this may not be possible. If an item is out of stock see 'back orders' below.

When we receive your order we will send you an email confirming that your order is received, this does not indicate a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that we are unable to supply a particular product for some reason. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship.
Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Backordered items are not charged until they are despatched.
Credit Card Security

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer ensuring the highest security. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies.


Daisyboxonline are committed to protecting your privacy. We do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
Returns Policy

Please inspect all items immediately as soon as you receive them. Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm This law applies to all transactions in the UK where a consumer does not meet the vendor.

Should you cancel your purchase within seven days, we will refund payment in full, subject to any delivery costs we have incurred. If you paid by credit or debit card the refund will be made directly to your credit or debit card within 30 days of your cancellation. If you paid by cheque, your refund will be made by cheque posted to you within 30 days of your cancellation. All products should be returned unused, unopened and in a re-saleable condition. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged during transit. You are advised to return goods recorded delivery, registered post, or by courier. Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery. Please remember to give us your name and address, transaction number and a copy of your purchase receipt. Please note that the cost of returning unwanted items is your responsibility.
